Two-way shuttle transfers will be provided to the conference venue (from hotel to NIE and back) during the conference days as well as to the welcome cocktail on 13 July 2008(from hotel to Swissotel Merchant Court and back).
Delegates who wish to make their own hotel arrangements and take the shuttle transfer will be charged as follows:
- One-way transfer: S$7.00 nett per person per way
- Roundtrip transfer: S$12.00 nett person per way

Room reservations are confirmed with a ONE night non-refundable deposit made payable to Orient Explorer (S) Pte Ltd followed by balance payment on and before 5 June 2008.
In the event that your travel dates change after submitting this form, please notify Orient Explorer immediately.
Reservations received after the deadline are subject to room availability and revised rates.
Rates are valid only from 12 to 18 July 2008.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

A cancellation equivalent to one night room accommodation room charge for each confirmed reservation is levied in the event of cancellation.
Any cancellation made after 5 June 2008 is subject to FULL CANCELLATION CHARGE based on FULL LENGTH OF STAY as per original room reservation request.
In the event of early departure or no show, the FULL LENGTH OF STAY based on original reservation at the time of booking is levied.
