  • Rates quoted are subjected to 10% service charge and 7% goods & service tax
  • Early Bird Promotion **  book and confirm your reservation (s), 60 days before event date, i.e. 12 March 2008, Hotel will extend one (1) breakfast daily for single occupancy only. Additional breakfast is chargeable as per rates mentioned above.
 
Terms and Conditions
  • Hotel reservations and arrangements are the sole responsibility of exhibitors.
  • Room reservations are confirmed with a ONE night non-refundable deposit make payable to Orient Explorer (S) Pte Ltd followed by balance payment on and before 29 April 2008.
  • In the event that your travel dates change after submitting this form, please notify Orient Explorer immediately.
  • Reservations received after the deadline is subject to room avaliability and revised rates.
  • Rates are valid only from 12 - 17 May 2008.
Cancellation of Reservation / No Show Policy
  • A cancellation equivalent to one night cancellation room charge for each confirmed reservation is levied in the event of cancellation.
  • Any cancellation made after 20 April 2008 is subject to FULL CANCELLATION CHARGE based on FULL LENGTH OF STAY as per original room reservation request.
  • In the event of early departure or no show, the FULL LENGTH OF STAY based on original reservation at the time of booking is levied.
