Regisration Desk

The Registration Desk will be open during the below times at the Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre. All registered delegates are to collect their Convention materials at the following time:

12 June 2008 8.00am - 5.00pm
13 June 2008 8.00am - 1.00pm

On-site registration will be available.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be advised in writing to the Convention Secretariat Office.
Cancellation recieved...
a) from 1 January 2008 - no refund of registration fees; however, an alternative delegate's name may be submitted.
b) refunds will not be made for NO SHOWS.
Language

The official language of the meeting is English. There will be no simultaneous session translation.

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Organising Committee will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the delegate’s travel and visa arrangements. The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.

Liability

The Organising Committee is not liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private properties of registered participants during the meeting. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
