- Each poster should be placed on the numbered board assigned to each presenter.
- The usable surface of the display panels measure 120 cm (length) x 100 cm (width).
- It must fit within the frame and easily readable from a distance of one meter or more. The poster title, name(s) of the author(s) should appear at the top. It should include brief written selections, methods, results and conclusion of presented study.
- Pins and adhesive material (velco tapes) will be provided.
- Posters should be mounted before 9am on 8 December 2009, Tuesday.
- Posters removal time: by 3:30pm on 11 December 2009, Friday.
- You are expected to stand by your poster during the poster sessions for BOTH days i.e 1 to 3pm on 9 and 10 December 2009.
